Turmeric tea

The health benefits of turmeric are believed to boost the immune system, reduce cholesterol, and ease arthritis symptoms, amongst other. Here's how to start introducing this ingredient into your diet with Turmeric tea. 


Boiled water

2 tsp Turmeric

Honey/Lemon/Orange juice



Boil 3 to 4 cups of water on the stove.

Add 2 teaspoons of turmeric and stir.

Simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Strain the tea into another container.

Add in honey, fresh squeezed lemon or orange juice, and milk to taste.
