The nostalgia of fresh milk delivered to your doorstep six days a week, putting out little notes for the milkman, telling him how much milk to leave that day, so that we just bought what was needed. Our dairy produce sellers, and the humble dairy store selling perishables such as milk and eggs that were formerly delivered to households from a dairy farm.  The small dairy shops, operating long hours due to being a household essential and the appreciated and recognised craft and skill in commercial dairying, butter and cheese production. This is what humble dairy store memories were made of.
