The DNA Store (TDS) provides our customers with additional channels to buy products online from stores we have partnered with.
Our Terms & Conditions are in place to keep our service and the way we engage with our customers as honest, transparent as the olden days:

When using the website you consent to these terms & conditions, if you do not agree, we ask you to refrain from using the website and services.

To make use of our services and place orders you need to provide the requested information and payment in order for us to begin proceeding with your order.

The sale of goods is agreed only once payment to the designated bank account given on the website is received. Sending proof of payment helps support our process, alternatively we await bank confirmation directly.

Upon receipt of the goods you agree all goods are in order. We do request any issues to be raised within 1hr or an order being received so we can promptly investigate. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis and at our discretion.

Stock levels are monitored and although we cannot guarantee availability, we will endeavour to notify you if you have already placed an order and will offer a credit or substitute item amounting to the purchase price.

Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address designated by you. Our obligation to deliver goods is fulfilled when we deliver the goods to the Delivery Address. If a second trip is made, an additional handling fee will be charged.

We will let you know if we are unable to deliver the goods by the delivery date given. You may within 24 hours of receiving such notification cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you the purchase price as a store credit.

We offer a delivery to the Cape Town area and surrounds. We do deliver to extended areas such as Fish Hoek, Kommetjie, Noordhoek, Paarl, Somerset West, Simon’s Town, Stellenbosch and the surrounding suburbs. Our deliveries are 2-3 working days after order payment has been confirmed. We charge R50 for delivery. Delivery cost may be shared if orders are arranged at the same delivery address, let us know by selecting the ‘shared delivery’ option on checkout. There may be circumstances where delivery is delayed due to circumstances which are unfortunately beyond our control, such as high traffic volumes and or bad weather conditions.

We will take reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability and purchase price of goods on the website. We will however not be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense arising from any inaccurate description or unavailability or incorrect purchase price of any goods. Any issues relating to the products you have purchased needs to be raised with the supplier - we will happily put you in touch if required.

You warrant that all information submitted by you is true, accurate, current and complete. You shall not misrepresent your identity.

We’ll do our best to reach out to customers who are out of sync with our Terms & Conditions, but we reserve the right to suspend or remove anyone from using this community without notice.
