Ingredients
Base ingredients:
500 gr self raising flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup of warm water stir
Basic topping ingredients:
1/2 tin tomato puree mixed with cayenne pepper/basil/origanium/aromat
250 gr mozzarella
150 gr cheddar
*Toppings of choice: 3 large tomatoes cut into 4mm wide slices
Method
Stir base ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
Knead dough for 5 min then cover with a damp towel for 1/2 hour and rollout into a dusted pan.
Baste the dough with tomato puree mixture.
Place cheese on top, then toppings (those sliced tomatoes, or your topping choice, to your taste)
Place in the oven at 245 Degrees Celsius until the crust is browned and cheese is golden in color, about 10/15 minutes.
