Pumpkin fritters

Ingredients

Pumpkin

Cake flour

1 Egg

2 tsp Baking Powder

Oil

Cinnamon

Sugar


Method

First you take a pumpkin and remove the skin and seeds and then cut it into little pieces. Cook the pumpkin until soft. Take 1 cup full of cooked pumpkin. Add cake flour and 1 egg and mix it with the pumpkin until a soft dough. Then you add 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Scoop spoons full into a frying pan with hot oil and fry. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar over and serve warm. Eat and enjoy!
