Ingredients
50g of dry apple rings
25ml butter
1 or 2 onions finely chopped
12.5ml curry powder
12.5 ml cake flower
550ml lite beef stock
salt and black pepper
2ml sugar
50ml sultanas
Method
Soak apple rings in water.
Put butter and onions in hot pan.
Stir in curry powder.
Then cake flour and other ingredients.
Put in fridge too cool off.
