Ingredients
1kg jam (i use apricot)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
a pinch of ginger
one freshly chopped garlic
Worcester sauce (to taste)
Vinegar (to taste)
Method
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Bottle. Make sure it is sealed properly.
To be used with any meat dish on the side or even as an ingredient.
