Easy Peasy Beer Bread


500gr flour

1tsp salt

1 beer 340ml


Mix all the ingredients together.

Roll out on some flour into the shape you want.

Brush the top with some milk or an egg (not a requirement)

Place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

When you insert a knife into the bread and the dough doesn't stick to the knife, you know it is ready.
