A sweet delight!


Ingredients

1/2 jack brandy (i prefer whiskey)

2 eggs, well beaten

1 tin condensed milk

250ml fresh cream

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon toffee


Method

Blend all the ingredients thoroughly but be careful that the cream doesn't split.

Keep refrigerated.


Tip: serve with ice blocks (on the rocks)
