In the reality of business, how do we begin to apply a holistic co-creative approach in practice? Service Design offers us a methodology that lives by the co-create and co-design principles mentioned earlier. But both CX and UX have a flavour of it too. To truly create meaningful experiences, we should take a step back and think about the user experience as a whole, the totality of a human journey beyond the product and across all touch points, taking all user perspectives into account.
