It all starts with "what can we give to our customers and clients?", "what benefits can we give our customers and clients?" Our customers' and clients' experiences are the most important. We have to remember what we're doing and why we're doing it. That is the reason why our customers and clients and people come to us. Not because we're the coolest or biggest or even the best. Ideas start revolutions. Have the courage to live according to our ideals.
