DNA Old School Games has launched a new collectables campaign which will lets customers build their own stack of Old School Games cards.
“The “Collect a Card” promotion will see customers receive a “free games card” with every *purchase made with any of DNA Old School Games’s business partners. There are 30 cards in total which builds into the complete 30 cards OLD School Games card set.
The card games include everything from rock-paper-scissors and thumb war to limbo and bottle flip.
DNA Old School Games presents these collectable cards as fun and reusable cards that help children develop imaginations and motor skills.
It connects families through games that carry memories.
The promotion will run until card packs run out.
There’s more! DNA Old School Games also comes with a competition with the chance of winning the COMPLETE box set. Each collectable card has its unique code on its packaging so hang on to it!

We’re DNA, the crew behind Old School Games. Here’s the tale of how it came to be, and our philosophy for creating it.
The Old School Games origin story
Just the other day we were enjoying a cup of coffee discussing how we can help a client of ours expand his lifestyle offering to a broader audience. We talked about these games we used to play as kids and thought it’d be great if the games can be part of a lifestyle change in today’s rushed digital era. So we came up with the idea of Old School Games Cards. And we spent quite a bit of time refining the idea and figuring out ways how we can get children to play games in the real physical world. And, how this can help society via charity donations.
For the fun of it!
In a time where entertainment for children is all around us from jumping trampoline venues, to indoor racing cars, to painting shops and more, we asked ourselves about the price we are paying for buying fun. We wake up in the morning and say: let’s go shopping, let’s go to the mall. And, these businesses built around entertaining children, not only come at a hefty fee for 30-60 minute sessions of fun but we think we may have lost a little more than that.
We wondered what happened to children entertaining themselves? You know, how we did as kids? Making fun out of nothing. No gimmicks, no venues, no fancy equipment, no trained professionals, just good clean old school fun.
Have we lost the magic of using our imaginations and being resourceful with our surroundings to create our own fun? We think we have! So we started “Old School Games”. A simple deck of cards that can jog that memory and give you and your children hours of fun, the kind you used to have. We wanted to put these games back into your hands so that we can continue to pass them down to our children so they too can have memories of building forts, making card towers and running red rover! And, enjoy the same games with THEIR kids one day!
