Be kind.

Every single person you meet is struggling. We tend to see other people as completely foreign individuals. No matter how expensive their suite or how pretty the make-up, they are looking for meaning, to be relevant, to be worthy. They are trying to do the best they can and they fail. Regularly. They're within their own particular battle in their lives. So cut them some slack. Don't let them off the hook but recognise the shared nature of being a human being. Let people be themselves. Make some allowances for them. Treat people a little bit more kindly.
